• RELATIONSHIP RE-FRAMING FOR WOMEN-It's time for you to engage in relationships in ways that truly reflect your VALUE. Before you can share your heart truly and healthily with another, you first need to accept and love yourself.  Your love of Self, or lack thereof, sets the stage for who you attract, why you are attracted to them, where and how you set your boundaries or don't, and ultimately, it puts you in the role you set yourself up to play in your life.  This is true in romantic relationships, partnerships, friendships and even your relations with family members. I invite you to start listening to your inner wisdom, clear out old stories and roles and to reset from a place of inner-knowing and the empowerment that comes from being your authentic Self.

  • What to expect in the SELF-LOVE RE-FRAME WORKSHOP:

    We will start with a custom blended herbal tea to relax the body and clarify the mind in preparation for deep connection & introspection. Next, we will open, clear and re-calibrate our hearts using specific tones and binaural beats. Relaxing on our mats or blankets on the floor, we will go into a restorative BodyMind Bridge trance state, where we will interact with the wisdom and knowledge of our hearts, receive clarity, guidance and reclaim the parts of our heart and selves that have been scattered, to reintegrate and heal.  Upon coming out of our trance state, we will write down our experiences and epiphanies in order to anchor that knowledge and new state of knowing & being into our conscious awareness. We will conclude our session with a deep grounding and healed heart mantra, sealing the frequencies of self-love into our heart centers.
